Meet the Team—From Athletes to Coaches to Attorneys
Founding Partner, Amy M. Stewart, brings a unique background to sports law that brings innovative solutions to her clients’ needs. In addition to her civil trial experience representing companies on the Fortune 100 list to startups, Amy is a certified Title IX Investigator by the Association of Title IX Administrators.

Amy draws from her many years of experience as a former 1998 Conference USA Regular Season and Tournament Champion, Two-time NCAA National Tournament Participant, and Director of Tulane Basketball Camps. Additionally, prior to her legal practice, Amy worked as a consultant to the NCAA and collegiate athletic departments regarding career development for student-athletes. Her experience and knowledge within the sports realm have uniquely and positively set Amy apart from others in the legal realm.
Andrew F. Rhoden brings a distinctive approach to sports law with ten years of working as a football coach at both NCAA Division I institutions and the high school level prior to entering the legal realm.
Since his time in the legal realm, he has provided guidance and representation to universities, professional athletes, and college coaches around the country. Andrew has experience in litigation and employment law matters, in addition to being a nationally certified Level Two Civil Rights Investigator.

He has developed training programs for sports entities such as NCAA Sexual Violence Prevention; name image and likeness (NIL); program development; and protected civil rights areas such as Title VII and Title IX. Andrew’s experience in sports law has led to him presenting regularly at universities across the country and being a resource for media entities on various subject areas in the field. Professional athletes have entrusted Andrew to provide guidance on their contracts including endorsements, management contracts, and corporate formation.
He has also exonerated a wrongfully accused coach on violations of mental health and sexual harassment.
