Keisha Crane BioDownload

Keisha delivers results. Her tenacity provides the focus necessary to achieve desired outcomes under any circumstances. She boldly addresses legal issues and takes full ownership of every project she undertakes. Her ability to hold herself accountable in both good and tough times is what sets her apart.

Keisha’s innovation, leadership, and service to the community play a major role in every project she takes on. She is most proud of an initiative she created while earning her law degree at SMU. The program directly addressed the diversity pipeline issue within the legal community. The initiative brought 40 minority high school students to the campus annually to educate them on how to become desirable law student candidates. Prior to joining Stewart Law Group, Keisha was an Assistant City Attorney at the Dallas City Attorney’s Office. She managed a civil litigation docket of cases and during her tenure and successfully resolved disputes and obtained civil penalties, with her largest award being $205,000.

Keisha deeply values the time she spent as a judicial extern for U.S. District Judge Sam Lindsay. It not only cultivated and developed her interest in legal research, analysis, and writing; it solidified her decision to become a trial attorney. Working for Judge Lindsay challenged and sharpened Keisha’s ability to objectively assess the facts of any case and recognize the strengths and weaknesses in positions and arguments. Keisha’s background allows her to bring a sophisticated, confident, and assertive approach to her legal practice.
