Tiffany is a tenacious advocate and creative strategic thinker. Tiffany is licensed both in Texas and Florida and has worked in the public and private sectors.
As a former prosecutor, Tiffany has the tenacity of a litigator and the understanding of a corporate executive. This perspective allows her to understand the client’s needs from varying perspectives. She understands the intricacies of a union contract, the impact of the bottom line, and the nuances of complex employment matters.
Tiffany is fascinated with all that comes with the law and has focused on all facets of employment law, including labor. She has advised clients regarding labor threats and tools to deter such threats, such as labor threat avoidance, critical needs for employee engagement, and best practices. Although Tiffany enjoys litigation practice, she also enjoys training on subjects like change management from a labor perspective, respect in the workplace, privacy rights, sexual harassment, and performance evaluation.
Prior to joining SLG, Tiffany had the responsibility of administering a multi-employer contract for a Fortune 500 company. During the course of her career, Tiffany also served as a prosecutor in Miami Dade County State Attorney’s Office – 11th Judicial Circuit, and served as a felony prosecutor eventually becoming the Assistant Chief of the County Court Domestic Violence Unit. Although Tiffany has transitioned into the private sector, she continues to be involved in the fight against domestic violence and criminal law-related matters that impact the community at large. She has been active with human trafficking survivors serving as a mentor.
